Schaffen 10 Year Warranty

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Aditionally, we give a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee against defects from date of sale.

To claim, send proof of purchaseand pre-pay the postage for the items to be returned. We advise returning your items via Australia Post as you can take out shipment registration insurance, to protect the products from the risk of theft, loss or damage during transit.

Schaffen reserves the right to refuse and accept any parcels that arrive ‘COD’ or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them. Any parcels received with these, will be deducted from your refund. Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods.

Any products returned to us without the required information enclosed within the package and a returns approval authorized by a sales representative may result in a replacement or refund not being granted.
