• Burger Rolls I Brioche I 4 Rolls
• Mince Meat I 500g
• Sweet Paprika I 1 Teaspoon
• Garlic I Minced I 1 Teaspoon
• Sriracha I 1 Tablespoon
• Parsley I Fresh I Chopped
• Pepper I To Taste
• Salt I To Taste
• Mushrooms I Chopped I Sautéed
• Swiss Cheese I 4 Slices
• Red Onion I ¼ Cut into Rings
• Onion Relish I 4 Tablespoons
• Ranch Dressing I 4 Tsblespoons
• Olive Oil I For Cooking
STEP 1 | Spice mince meat by adding, garlic, sriracha, sweet paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix through well. Divide into 4 balls and press into a patty.
STEP 2 | Add olive oil to a fry pan. Saute mushrooms and set aside for later.
STEP 3 | Add more olive oil to the fry pan. Cook beef patty until cooked all the way through.
STEP 4 | Cut up onion and set aside. Once the patties are cooked through, it's time to assemble the burger.
STEP 5 | Cut bun in half and spread with onion relish and ranch dressing. Add the beef patty, cheese, mushroom and onion to the stack. Add a little more of the onion relish and ranch to the top bun and place the lid on top.
Best served with a side of crispy hot chips and salad.
