Spinach & Ricotta Pull-Apart


Our Spinach & Ricotta Pull-Apart is super easy to make; perfect for a quick party appetizer! Yes, we've jumped on the food rings bandwagon, and it's a fun ride! Ingredients

  • Ricotta | 250g
  • Mozzarella | 100g (Grated)
  • French Onion Dip | 1 Sachet
  • Puff Pastry | 2 Sheets
  • Frozen Spinach | 1 Packet
  • Egg | 1
  • Greek Yoghurt | 200g
  • Lemon | 1/2 (Juiced)
  • Cucumber | 1 Large (Diced)
  • Garlic | 1/2 tsp
  • Salt & Pepper | To season

Method

Pull-Apart

STEP 1 | In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, cream cheese, French onion dip and frozen spinach. Mix well and set aside.

STEP 2 | Lay a puff pastry sheet on an oven safe tray. Using a large bowl as a guide, cut a circle out of the pastry. Using a small, sharp knife, slice wedges out of the center of the pastry.

STEP 3 | Spoon the mixture evenly around the pastry circle. Then fold each wedge from the center outwards, covering the mixture. Egg wash liberally.

STEP 4 | Place in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 40mins, or until golden brown.

Tzatziki Dip

To make, simply combine the greek yoghurt, lemon juice, diced cucumber, garlic and season. Mix well and serve with the above pull-apart.
