
French Toast Rolls with Strawberries & Cream
This easy, 3 ingredient breakfast recipe is so much fun to make - even the kids can get involved!
We've used Strawberries & Cream, but you can experiment with so many different fillings!

Ingredients
• Strawberries | 1 Punnet I Sliced
• Cream Cheese | 150g
• White Bread | 12 Slices
• 3 Eggs
• Cinnamon I ½ Teaspoon
• Vanilla Extract I ¼ Teaspoon
• Milk I 1 Tablespoon
• Butter I 1 Knob
• Maple Syrup I To Taste
Method
STEP 1 Slice up the strawberries. Roll out each slice of bread and cut off the crust.
STEP 2 Mix together the egg wash using the 3 eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract and whisk together.
STEP 3 Soften cream cheese in the microwave and spread on each slice of bread. Add a row of strawberries and roll into a log.
STEP 4 Egg wash the roll of strawberries and cream cheese bread by dunking it in the egg mixture. Melt butter in a frypan and cook on each side until golden brown.
STEP 5 Serve on a plate and pour a generous amount of maple syrup on the stack
