Choc 'N' Roll
Inspired by last week's Sausage Roll creation, Jayden developed the sweet version of the savory. Filled with oozy caramel and candy choc fudge, then wrapped in crispy puff pastry, the Choc 'n' Roll is a total dessert overload!

• Brownie Mix | 1 packet I Ingredients as per Instructions
• Candy Chocolate | 1 Package
• Crushed Nuts | ¼ Cup
• Caramel Chocolate I ½ Block
• Puff Pastry | 3 Sheets
• Ice-cream I Your choice of flavour
STEP 1 In a bowl, place brownie mix. Make brownie batter as per instructions on package.
STEP 2 Add in the candy chocolate, nuts and caramel chocolate to the batter. Stir in to mixture.
STEP 3 Cut puff pastry sheet in half. Egg wash the edges of the pastry. Place spoons of mixture down the middle of the pastry, leaving enough room so you can roll the pastry with some overlap.
STEP 4 Roll pastry around the batter and place on a baking tray. Egg wash the outside of the pastry and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
STEP 5 Pre-heat oven to 180OC. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
STEP 6 Serve with your favourite ice cream and sprinkle with icing sugar.
