This was the Banana Bread recipe Mum used to make when the bananas in the fruit bowl were just past a little too ripe. For an extra kick and some colour, we've added some crushed berries at the end (sorry Mum!).
STEP 2 | In a larger bowl, stir together flour, bi-carb soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
STEP 4 | Pour mixture into loaf pan, cover the top with berries and bake at 180°C for 60 - 90mins (or until a wooden skewer inserted through to center comes out clean).
STEP 5 | Allow to cool in pan for 5 -10 mins before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
